PROJECT STRUCTURING & GOVERNANCE

We have extensive experience in working within projects delivered via varied complex development structures. Some of the successful joint delivery partners that our team have worked with include  Landcom/ Urbangrowth,  Western Sydney University, Brighton Lakes Golf Club, AV Jennings and PEET Ltd. Our Founder has expertise in either holding executive member representation or chairs on many projects including JV Project Boards, PDA Project Management Committees, and Local Councils development assessment panels.

Having held senior management experience in both the private and public sector, we have over 30 years of experience to the services listed, curating our knowledge on urban planning policy and guideline creation, administration and application.
