With over 30 years of industry experience, Nino Babani the founder of B & Co, holds a vast history of delivering residential and urban infrastructure projects. Having held senior positions in Private and Public sectors, and offering guidance via various industry panels and committees, he was most recently the Development Director for Mirvac’s Masterplanned Communities Division focused on delivering housing diversity and associated amenities within residential and mixed use estates.
Nino has extensive experience in design and delivery of urban communities, specialising in masterplanning, place making, engineering and home design and has been associated with many award winning projects including most recently Brighton Lakes, Elizabeth Hills and the Googong Township. The latter of which is a $2 billion mixed use development comprising of 6,000 homes. With the intent on serving the needs of society he is passionate about connecting people with people and people with place.”
